Up Ball Mountains Trail, Carriage Roads, down Mt. Flagg Trail. Parked at intersection of McDufee and Canaan Rds. (see "Ossipee 10" post/website) and walked roads (not far) at beginning and end.
Ball Mtns. Trail in great shape, beautiful on the open ridge. Still a few ticks in that area. Carriage Roads fine, with short grass. Mt. Flagg Trail was very overgrown between Mts. Shaw and Flagg, mostly with ferns, but easily followed thanks to conspicuous paint blazes. Mt. Flagg Trail in good shape. Camp people were friendly as I walked by on the way out.

I decided to post this hike to encourage others to try it. It is a great workout, the equivalent of many 4K'er hikes, and has wonderful views and varied, interesting terrain. Took a little over three hours, including road walk. Thanks for the guidance, Jeremy!
