Baxter Conditions? (Katahdin & Doubletop)

Hi all,

I'm heading up to Maine this weekend to do Baxter Peak via the Hunt with a side trip the next day to Doubletop. Does anyone know what the trail conditions are like? This is my first time to Baxter. I made reservations already for a campground.
 
I was up there last weekend (14,15) on other business, but I know that they were saying all trails were open except the Saddle Trail. There was no snow on the Travelers or The Owl (3700 feet max). From the Travelers you could see fairly large snow patches remaining on Katahdin.

Edit: I should add that my hiking partner (aka mhrsebego or something) did Doubletop from the North on the 14th and reported nothing out of the ordinary.
