Trail Conditions: Dry
Trails used: Nice short hike from behind the Boulders Inn to a great view of Lake Waramaug from the rocky top. Took an alternative trail back that zig zagged down the mountain and out to Route 45.
Enjoyed the views of the lake and surrounding Litchfield Hills. Did this hike before my son's wedding, and it was a perfect way to start the day. Found a nice selection of wildflowers, including Pale Corydalis.
