Date of Hike: 7/6/08
Trail Conditions: Well Marked, Good Condition. Parked at the locked gate on Belknap Mountain Rd & took the "red" trail to Piper, followed the mustard colored trail along the ridge. Visited the Belknap fire tower and the remains of a single engine plane crash (about 0.15 miles to the East of the summit) then followed the ridge to Gunstock.
Descended via the blue trail located in the col between Gunstock & Belknap.
Special Equipment Required: a better quality map
Comments: 5.25 miles, great views.
