Date of Hike: 10/6/08
Trail Conditions: Lower part of slide wet. Care required crossing slabs. Rest of slide was dry or easily avoided wet areas.
Trail from Coe summit to S. Brother spur is quite wet and slightly overgrown. Someone referred to this as the “Car Wash”
S. Brother summit in good shape.
N. Brother trail has running water on lower part, evidence of snow/rime ice above treeline, but footing is good.
Special Equipment Required: Traction not needed, but with a little rain or fog sections above treeline will get slick quick.
