Date of Hike: Saturday - October 11, 2008
Trail Conditions: Mostly dry trail with dry leaves, dry open ledges, easy water crossings, no downed trees
Special Equipment Required: fleece jacket, windbreaker for summit
Comments - Hammond trail is a nice and easy approach to Chocorua. Not too many people on the trail until it reached the junction with the Liberty trail and other hikers starting joining in from the other trails. Many many people on the summit. Very good visibility, low wind, awesome day!
