Date of Hike: 11/02/2008
Trail Conditions: Muddy, Icy, Hard Packed Snow, 2 downed trees, easily bypassed. Lots of water.
Special Equipment Required: Nice to have Katoolah Microspikes or Stabilicers
Comments: Barebooted to the summit via Monroe, Dean and Long Trails. Pretty good traction and occasional ice. Coming down north / east facing side was much slipperier and I was glad when I pulled on the Katoolahs.
