Trail Conditions:

The Greeley Ponds Trail was well broken-out up to the intersection with the Mt. Osceola Trail. Beyond that intersection, the Greeley Ponds Trail had not been broken out. However, the Mt. Osceola Trail was broken out (at least for as far as I could see from the trail intersection).

Regarding brook crossings, all were doable, including the larger crossing of the South Fork brook. Despite the slightly warmer weather, there was still some partial ice bridges which were quite helpful.

There were some annoying wet/bare spots at various spots along the trail. These wet/bare spots provided just enough moisture to dampen the snowshoes and trekking poles and cause formation of heavy snow clumps.

There were no issues with blowdowns.
