Date of Hike: Dec. 22 and 23
Trail Conditions: Nice deep powder. Some trails tracked with snowshoes but there are those pesky postholers

Comments: Usually I get a warm up for trailbreaking with my snowshoes. Not this time. It went from ice last week to deep powder the last two days. Several of the trails are now well tracked or at least one set of tracks to follow. Yesterday I broke out the Main Trail and Express Trail and both have had additional use. Today I broke out Beeline and Bay View (with a detour of the boulder field via the Fire Cut). The Boulder Loop Trail had been broken out and it looks like the Brook Trail has been used by more than one.
