Bayle Mountain via Bayle Mountain Trail (from Marble Road)
Date of Hike: Wednesday, April 8, 2009
Trail Conditions: Snowmobile trail - snow, ice, mud, dry ground, Bayle Mountain Trail - mostly dry, some mud
Special Equipment Required: None
Comments:
Snowbanks on Marble Road have melted a bit, so there's room to park just beyond the snowmobile trail entrance, on the other side of the bridge.
Snowmobile trail was probably half dry/mud, half snow/ice, easily barebooted.
Bayle Mountain Trail - snow/ice free, mostly dry other than two short, soggy parts. Now blowdown free.
There are no water crossings.
