Thank you, all! What a marvelous, marvelous day it was to be above treeline - far better than the forecasts predicted. Lion Head, Tuckerman Ravine, and Camel were new trails for me, too... always exciting to explore new terrain. :)

The amount of snow that still lingers on the Davis Path is just crazy. Although I'm not the best at estimates, I'd say that it's around 5 feet deep in areas (most likely in the places where we lost the trail :rolleyes:). Snowshoes were a definite for our trip, though it will be interesting to see how quickly the snow melts out.

I don't think I would have chosen to do them in this order if I chose to do them all in one trip. So, very cool sequence.

I love the Camel Trail. I love Bigelow Lawn and Boott Spur. Special place.
