VT 3k peak question: Blue Ridge

I noticed a snomo trail on the Chittenden rd side past the store and a lesser used snomo tr on the Lefferts pd side a bit past the pond near a turn out near a house.I'm using one of those since I heard there was some blowdown action in the col if you do the traverse.I'm guessin 1 of those snomo trails will atleast get me close to the col.
