The Bunnell Notch Trial is in good shape all the way to its junction with the Kilkenny Ridge Trail. It can also be reported that the Kilkenny Ridge Trail is in good shape up to about a half mile from the summit of Mt. Cabot. At this point, we left the trail for a bushwhack to the massive talus field at the south end of Mt. Cabot. Some photos and commentary about this hike is located in the Trip Reports forum.
