I did this hike as a loop in a clockwise fashion, i.e. going up the Oliverian Brook Trail and returning via the Passaconaway Cutoff Trail (and of course, I took the Square Ledge Branch and Square Ledge Trail to reach Square Ledge itself).
As of the day of this hike, there were the ususal wet/muddy spots on the Olivarian Brook and Passaconaway Cutoff trails. None of these spots were a "show-stopper" by any means. Also, there were no blowdowns of any significance.
The brook crossings were all doable, but in a few instances it took some artful route planning to navigate the crossing and keep the inside of the boots dry!
