Well, with the shortening days, I've been recently finding that those brand new Fischer Outtabounds that I bought at the end of the season, ignored all summer in their spot behind the entertainment center in the living room, are beginning to catch my eye more and more.
Then, on waking up this morning, I realized that all night long, I had one of ***those*** dreams. You know -- about checking snow and ice reports on the internet, planning a day of hooky from work because the reports are getting just too tantalizing? My skis, totally bare, even sported a new set of Voille 3 pin cables with releases and brakes. The last image before I awakened was of my skis, sitting back in that corner, covered with snow and ice. Strange, I didn't actually dream of cranking turns.
