Valley Way was very well packed with a few blow downs all easily avoided or climbed over/under. Osgood was of course packed and icy.
traction was helpful up valley way and required on Osgood, lots of bare rocks microspikes were better then snowshoes
It was very cold and windy up top about -5 with steady 50 mph winds and a few strong gusts, had to take care not to get blown over. full cover required.
