Trail Conditions: well packed, we were the first on the trail and barebooted about 2/3 of the way before changing to snowshoes. The Killington Spur is extremely slippery due to about 4 inches of fresh powder. Use extreme caution.

Special Equipment Required: snowshoes with crampons or crampons for the Spur Trail.

Comments: Beautiful day. We accidentally followed the ski tracks to the ski area after leaving Cooper Lodge and wound up following several ski trails to the very top (keep right). If I'd known what the Spur Trail looked like I would have backtracked back down the same way.
