Cold morning allowed for sure footing using microspikes. Many postholes from the warmer temps in the past weeks, at least four larger blowdowns (bushwacking around). Ice on the few small scrambles. Brought snowshoes but never used them as the snow stayed firm for most of the day. Difficult to find the cairns on Mowglis trail in some spots. Summit of Mt. Cardigan bare rock (the steep before the summit was snow). Beautiful day with little wind.
