Date of hike: April 24.
Pretty good conditions all around. A bit of snow on Maple, just 1 awkward bit. Some snow on and off along the top. We followed steps in the snow at one point that seemed a lot like bushwacking (from the Chin to the road) but I think it was more or less the trail. A couple spots of snow and wet trail near the top of Sunset.
Bareboots all the way.
Special equipment required: none
Fabulous day. We could see from Washington (all snow covered still) to Marcy.
