Date of Hike: Sunday, May 30th
Trails:
-Great Gulf Trail is in good shape
-Six Husbands Trail is a mess up until the ladders, numerous blowdowns and leaners making for slow going. Trail may be hard to follow around, through, and up the big boulder section. Past the last ladder the overhanging rock scramble was mostly wet and difficult. There's still a decent snow field on trail on the east slope of Jefferson but easy to walk up.
-Gulfside Trail has snow before Edmands Col, poles useful for descent on this or you can go up and around it. Snow Patch still on way to Adams but it's easy to walk through. No Postholing on any of these
-Star Lake and Osgood Trails are in great shape
Special Equipment: Poles would be useful...and a chainsaw for the Six Husbands!
