Feedback wanted

The Adirondack Explorer has launched an Adventure Planner on its website. It allows you to search for and read articles (from Explorer archives) on hiking, paddling, XC skiing, climbing, and biking in the Park. We will be adding content as time goes on, but we'd like you to visit the site and let us know what you think. Based on your input, we may make refinements.

That's neat, but it's really just an Adirondack Explorer index. It would really be cool if you had some kind of customized search engine that would look all over the web, at these forums for instance, and help newcomers use the best search keys (maybe from drop down lists) to find what they wanted. Good start!

winter sports

I only looked at the winter sport link but enjoyed the read. It is always interesting to read reports of areas other than the high peaks. I like the site and will visit it occassionally for hiking ideas.
