The RI forum has been quiet for a while, so I thought I'd post about an after-work hike about 3 miles long (you could make it longer or shorter). Here is a map of the park: http://www.tiverton.ri.gov/government/forms and notices/10_08_WWandPGmap.pdf . There is some interesting history in here if you google it. I took the yellow trail to the green to red to blue to orange, from the south parking area. I had to go by the old sawmill remains, a focal point in the park, and since there are no peaks, I at least had to climb up High Rock, elev. 170 ft. The stream was completely dry this time, which is rare. Wait till the storm hits.
