Trail Conditions: Lots of blowdown on both trails, but the step-over kind. No mud or water to speak of.
Comments: The small parking lot for the Mt Langdon Trail is blocked by blowdown (believe it or not). The Mt Parker Trail is in need of some blazing. This trail is somewhat difficult to follow due to brush encroachment and blowdown, coupled with apparently no maintenance. It is especially dicey in the hardwood section of the switchbacks on Mt Parker, above the col. You probably won't get lost, but you have to pay very close attention, especially with the fallen leaves.
