Caps Ridge was in great shape, no real ice spots. Some rime ice above 5k feet but once the clouds cleared it looked like most of it would melt away by afternoon. No issues on Gulfside to Washington, though the last 500 feet or so was quite slick with snow/rime. I didn't bring traction and was fine. Crawford path to LOC had a good bit of frozen water in the trail but it was very easy rock-hopping to avoid the ice. The climb up to Monroe was fine, no real slick spots. The top few hundred feet of Ammo were pretty icy but there's still a good amount of flowing water and dry rock to step on...for now. Below 4500 feet was smooth sailing.
