Hopper Trail to summit was wet and leaf covered. Clouds, mist and occasional light rain. The 6 of us enoyed the porch at Bascom during lunch and most of us got our first look at the inside of the tower. The section of the trail where it crosses in front of the radio tower was dangerous due to large chucks of falling ice. The shed offered some shelter as the gusting wind was driving the ice 50 -100 feet off the base of the tower.
