Greylock up the AT from Notch road, down AT to Old Summit Road Trail. First time ever climbing my home state high peak. Nice trails, wet and leave covered, trace snow starting on the ridge from Mt. Williams to the summit.No traction needed. Used Gators for the wet and mud. Waterproof boots a must. Any warm weather and the snow will be gone. Cool, cloudy. SOme breaks of views on top. Good quick stop to Robinson's point, great overlook, worth the short jaunt. More breaking sun on the way down some nice views east. Foliage just past peak. Interesting hike. Enjoyed lunch on the porch.
