Hancock Notch Trail, Cedar Brook Trail, Hancock Loop Trail (clockwise)
Trail Conditions: a couple two three inches of powder. Very little ice.
Special Equipment Required: we barebooted most of the way, but used light traction descending from the south peak. Stream crossings required care, but no bushwhacking was required today... the water seemed a bit lower on descent than it was on ascent.
Comments: the sun was supposed to come out today... but the ceiling was high enough for us to enjoy some fine views from these peaks, which Kathy needed for her 48. Thanks to Kathy, Tim, Leanne and Atticus for a great day.
