Date of Hike: Monday, January 3rd
Trail Conditions: The trial is a mix of ice and frozen snow with a dusting of snow on top up until steep section on Glencliff where the trail turns to frozen bumpy snow. Carriage Road to summit is frozen snow with postholes, then some iced over puddle spots and then bare rocks near summit mass.
Special Equipment: Microspikes worked perfect
Comments: very windy above treeline but happy that winter conditions returned after the warm temps, slush, and spring snow from the past few days. Report and pics here http://dailey7779.blogspot.com/
