I'm told there is a new camp site on Mt. Beacon, NY reached from from a new train stop along the Hudson River. Is there a web site for more info? I haven't been able to find one. 30 years ago I used to camp on 'Bull Hill", nearby and would like to relive some memories.

try www.nynjtc.com i checked their site and could not find any info regarding your question though you might want to contact them directly.
the only legal area i know of is an AT tent site on anthonys nose.

There is a Breakneck Ridge stop which has been around for years. Trains only stop there on weekends and there are I believe 2 morning and 2 afternoon trains. You just jump out onto the cinders, no platform. It is 3 or 4 miles south of the Beacon station.

Here's a map: Metro North Map

No other "new" stops have been set up to my knowledge.
