Success Pond Rd WASHED OUT right at the Speck Pond Trail trailhead and impassible. Rest of road is navigable either from Berlin or from route 26. Plenty of room to park on either side of the washout.
Speck pond trail has flood damage for the first few minutes' travel, but not hard to follow. Vast majority of trail is in great shape, not a single blowdown.
No issues (other than a plague of thunderstorms) on the Appalachian trail from the top of the Speck Pond Trail to Old Speck, nor on the May cut-off trail over Mahoosuc Arm.
