I choose #5, and use that method except when doing peaks where WAG bags are mandatory, and everything (except urine) is carried out.

Chip has been holding back as his namesake might taint the results of a poll

The popularity of this subject is also questionable IMO. Many more responses to the poll than comments/posts. Maybe another poll is in order regarding the popularity of this topic.

It's situational. In dryer environments where buried paper takes much longer to break down, I go with #8. Likewise where there's snow, I'll use that in lieu.

The first time someone suggested I use a snow ball I was grossed out....then I tried it. All I can say it is quite comfortable and does a superior job.
