Trails: Horseshoe Pond, Conant Trail, Mine Loop; all trails have good footing but of course were wet in spots today..the southern end of the Conant Trail was posted closed due to flooding, and also we were advised of same by a local gent on the trail with his son..when we arrived on Pine Hill at the western viewpoint we could see the reason why: an extensive beaver dam..just returned the way we came. Also tagged the Shell Pond Trail section from Deer Hill Rd...that was also wet in a few spots..nice area and viewpoints from Lord Hill and Pine Hill...
