Some unfinished business up on both mountains today. A little chilly, a little rain, a little sun, amazingly, a lot of views. 13 miles and 4K of elevation gain, if you include a few side trips to lean-tos. Both were occupied with happy campers, well more or less! ;) Nice to have my son David along with us. As always, great food and beer at the 'Cave'! Mission accomplished! :)
 
What unfinished business could you possibly have on Balsam Lake and Hunter? Did you hike them backwards for the first time? :p

We maintain the cabin and lean-to on BLM, and we had a few 'cleanup' items to take care of.

Also, we the 3500 club maintain the John Robb lean-to, so we went over there and made sure everything was tidy. It wasn't, as evidenced by the garbage bag full of trash we removed! :mad: At least the structure is in good shape.
