11/19/11: up Carter Ledge to Middle Sister summit then back down Middle Sister all the way to Carter Ledge jct and out..minor wet spots low on Carter Ledge and really not any ice problems until Middle Sister jct area..that too was minor..a few step over, go around blowdowns on both trails..fallen leaves hiding roots and rocks caused a few ankle twists...very enjoyable loop with great views..Lefty E
