trails: blueberry ledge trail, rollins trail, diceys mill trail

conditions: blueberry ledge trail wet down low with some mud and slippery rocks. nice re route in the lower section that hasn't been blazed yet. snow started near the hogback before the upper ledges. those ledges were mostly clear of snow and were just wet. rollins had the most snow of the day and hadn't been tracked out yet. a few inches on average to start with some deeper drifted spots becoming more sporadic as we got closer to diceys mill trail. some nice slush and puddles along the way as well. minor ice on a couple ledgy spots. diceys mill had mostly avoidable snow above the rollins junction and below that was clear and wet to the trailhead. the diceys mill water crossing was ok. there was a good mostly dry crossing just upstream of the large downed birch or you could use the tree to cross.

equipment: carried microspikes, but barebooted the whole route.

comments: a wet, but pretty warm day. the route was protected from the wind up high and the rain mostly held off for us. lots of bear tracks along rollins trail. thanks to mark and cynthia for a nice hike.
