The universe is unfolding correctly.
 
So I am trying to get the right reference:

Is it "folding space" from Dune?

Or "Everything is unfolding exactly as I had foreseen it." (Emperor Palpatine, Star Wars)

I don't think those have made it to Canada yet so he may be referring to a tesseract as described in "A Wrinkle in Time".
That's probably in French there by now. Hopefully Neil is Dr Murray and not The Man with the Red Eyes.

Neil is probably IT, just working in disguise. And of course, how many of us have not been "imprisoned in a cloven pine" at least once in our travels?
