Parked near the Jose Bridge, Hike up the Bennett Trail towards Flat Mountain Pond Shelter. Trail is very wet with little snow. No major blow downs, stream (2) crossing can be difficult, you may need to go up and down stream to find the best crossing. Once we hit the flat mountain trail we headed south towards the
Guinea Pond trail.
Two folks in the group wore Micro spikes as the leaves on the trail were slick. I barebooted and had no major problems.
Weather started out warm, then a breeze blew in cooling things off, as we were coming out to the car the temps were starting to drop.
