Trail Conditions: nicely packed track all the way, although much of the snow on steeps below Avalon were worn away due to butt sliders. Some drifting up high, but not much. All trails easy to follow. Great new blazing from Field to Willey.
Required Equipment: Used Microspikes to Avalon Spur and snowshoes for the rest of the hike.
Comments: Cool, but not cold hike. No wind and brilliant sunshine. Quiet on the trails, but met some REALLY nice people.
