Talk about your cornucopia of wildlife. Every thing from Homo sapien to Ursus arctos horribilis to elk americana with other smaller species thrown in for good measure.
My question is....What was the dead carcass in the middle of the trail? It scared the Elk and was finally taken by the Bear.

That is frickin' awesome! Last November, I planted a game camera deep in the woods in Pittsburg, NH, in an early successional area (clearcut 2-3 years prior) in hopes of getting shots of whatever breed of cat was hunting the area. I wont be able to retrieve the camera until the logging roads open in June but I'm anxious to see if anything interesting walked by.
