East Flagstaff Road open?

Does anyone know if East Falagstaff Road in the Bigelow Preserve (Maine) is plowed and open for car travel in the Winter? If so, is it smooth enough for a Honda Civic, or do I need a truck? I'm looking to reach the Safford Brook Trailhead on Wednesday, December 29th.

That's a snowmobile trail by this time of year. Long Falls Dam Road is driveable, but I wouldn't take that car onto the snowpacked dirt road -- you'd anger sledders and likely get stuck.

East Flagstaff Road open?
