Giant mushrooms and flossing elk in Montana with Neighbor Dave and Chickety - Part 1

It was a while ago I posted here but the last couple of days Neighbor Dave and Chickety visited with me in Montana and we got out on an interesting hike just north of Yellowstone National Park. Neigbor will in a few days start the CDT here in Montana and hopefully finish by the Mexico border in October
The stage was the Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness and we started pretty much by Yellowstone River at 5,150' and went up to ca 8,200'. Sunshine and windy it was......the photos will tell the story.......
