Trail Conditions: Gale River Trail in great shape. Several minor muddy spots but very easy to work through. The rest of the trail was dry. The lower, flat section was pretty buggy and humid in the morning. Much better coming back down late afternoon. Garfield Ridge and Frost trails clear and dry.
Special Equipment Required: Nothing special required. I like to use poles for stability but not necessary.
Comments: Optional -Great day on the trail. Not much breeze on the trail but got better at the hut. met lots of nice people and had sveeral good conversations.
