Last night's rain left upper Webster-Jackson muddy with some puddles, though the rock scrambles were dry and no problem going up and down on both sides of Jackson. Trail is showing erosion and wear; this upper section of the loop hike could use some bog bridge replacement.
Special equipment needed: rain and wind jacket. We were rained on several times, not enough to put pack covers, though.
Summit was socked in and windy but the rest of the hike was just overcast with some periods of sun. Saw quite a few hiking in spite of the iffy weather.
