VT/NH news reporting snow above 3k' tonight. I have not heard anything re accumulation, but above 4k could be slick and sloppy mañana.

This should also make for some great picture opps as foliage is just past peak.

On the way up the Edmands Path yesterday:

A cold front Thurs night will bring the coldest air of the season, so it will be snowing in the whites at elevation (and possibly some flakes in the northern valleys) before the precip comes to an end. I may have to hike that day.

The scene was fantastic in Baxter State Park on Monday. Winter on the summits, fall in the valleys.

The hike up the deteriorated N. Brother spur was "interesting" after the wet weather and snow.
