Today's hike for me was about swinging the winter pack weight around, but this turned out to be a really nice hike. I haven't been up to Flume in 7-8 years and never from this end. A rather pleasant hike, avoided the wind until the very top since the approach is from the East. Also as a bonus avoided the usual crowds on the rest of Franconia ridge. No snow, trail was dry. Great views with the stellar weather today.
