Trail Conditions: Ice, lots of ice. Starts with some bare ground and ice with patches of snow, gradually becoming hard snow and ice. One big tree down near the beginning, one large icy rock near the top was tricky getting up, even with crampons
Special Equipment Required: snowshoes were not needed, most people I saw wore micro's, I wore full crampons. Several of the micro wearers thought the crampons were a good idea but they all made it up.
Comments: Optional - A nice peak with great views Not much snow for early February thanks to last weeks rain. Went out and finally bought a pair of micro's for use when crampons are too much. Also thanks to everyone responsible for getting my sunglasses back to me after I dropped them on the trail.
