Moosilauke Via Gorge Brook Trail: 6-22-13
Trail Conditions: This trail is in great shape with only a few areas of avoidable mud and some running water on the trail. My boots were relatively clean and totally dry when I returned to the car. No step overs or blowdowns to mention.
Special Equipment Required: Nothing really but there were a lot of mosquitos and flies on the trail. I swallowed one unknown bug. yum
Comments: I saw a lot of people ascending the Gorge Brook Trail after 9 am and the cars were lined up for a very long stretch down the road. I re-bagged this one as a quick up and down and beat my previous time. Ascent: 1 hour 21 minutes car to car: 2 hours 48 minutes
