access is from the back side of mt adams from rt 2. this is a nice easy summer hike with only 1800 ft gain. trail only gets steep on the upper section. beautiful falls and flow even during this time of year if you are interested in some natural features that does not see much hiker traffic. great lunch spot. nice woods and views to the north from top of chandler falls. parking at Appalachia. a few mosquitos down low and a few black flies above 2800 ft but did not use the bug spray. only other humans seen today were 3 hikers and 2 trail crew members. trails taken were the link, amphibrach, cliff way, and spur trail
