You didn’t climb Basin that time you went around its base to get to Sawteeth, eh? Saving it.

Rather than brag about peaks, I will brag about valleys: I completed a solo Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim backpack of the Grand Canyon last July.

Actually, it just worked out Basin was the last one. The Basin Amphitheater side trip was just to make the Sawteeth whack more interesting. Earlier, I scrubbed 2 trips to whack Basin (via the slides) due to foul weather. It turned out to be a great peak to finish on though.

Pretty much a NH4k hiker but did a few things
finished 4th SSW48 in March
set myself up for grid finish in May...3 hikes left
set myself up for knee grid finish in september..Adams
19th round of NH 4K's this fall..should be to 21 by spring
