Date of Hike: March 10
Trail Conditions: Most places have 2-4 inches of hard snow, several bare spots and rocks poking out, trail well traveled.
Special Equipment Required: none, Could have worn micro-spikes but very little slipping.
Comments: looks like one or two snowmobiles have been on parts of the South Loop, both loops are for walking traffic only. There are powerlines in the park where the sleds are likely allowed and an old road where mountain bikers are allowed in warmer weather. On 3/12, the storm is expected to drop a lot of rain in CT which may end in some snow but we likely will lose more snow than we get on the backside.
